As managing recruiter for re-SOURCE NET, Mr. Ruths effectively applies more than 15 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry to locate, recruit, and place executive and technical professionals in the Electronics and Semiconductor fields. Using techniques similar to those employed in consultative selling, Mr. Ruths is uniquely qualified to successfully match the best candidate with the right position. Mr. Ruths has held positions in SRAM Product Engineering and Field Application Engineering with MOSTEK, Field Sales Engineering with Philips-Signetics and Gould-AMI Semiconductors, and Sales Management with LSI Logic. During his tenure as a major military account manager, he gained expertise in managing projects involving complex manufacturing requirements imposed under U.S. military contracts, and also developed a unique appreciation for well-written legal contracts as he assisted in large contract negotiations. He gained broad exposure to technologies spanning digital logic & memories to full-custom ASIC design, including a familiarity with EDA capabilities. Mr. Ruths has also served as President of Revelation Design, Inc., a privately owned firm specializing in database design and web application development. Following 6 years in the U.S. Navy as a Missile Fire Control Technician, Mr. Ruths graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science.
