Job Description:

The client is a world-class manufacturer of chemicals, plastics and pharmaceutical products. They are in need of a Process Optimization Section Leader with both the technical and business management skills to produce positive change in the organization.  This position offers a significant opportunity for advancement into management.


Summary of Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching, and individual team development for all Process Optimization teams
• Administer all aspects of performance management
• Participate in all aspects of the Safety Process
• Manage prioritization process for all improvement activities
• Interface with business units to develop strategies
• Provide highly skilled technical resources to the facility
• Develop and track metrics for success of improvements
• Budget oversight
• P&L responsibility
